On the
east side of Bailey Island this spacious year round home offers
lots of room to roam around inside or out. There is a large
family room on the second floor that has a large stone fireplace
an enclosed sun porch and two bedrooms with a full bath.
Downstairs on the first floor there is another fireplace in the
living room, a dining area, an eat in kitchen with a small
enclosed sunroom, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a washer
and dryer and a half bath. On the west side of the house is a
patio that is fenced in for privacy, and on the east side there
is a large sloping lawn with access to the beach in front.
No pets, no smoking please.
