Rob grew up on Orr's Island and is a 6th generation Harpswell native, on both sides of his family. He attended High School at Brunswick high for his first three years and was part of the first graduating class at Mt. Ararat High School, he went on to graduate with a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Maine at Orono. Working on a lobster boat for 7 years during high school and college was an invaluable experience for his future career and in life.

Rob started his business in 1979 as a one man shop, and it has since gradually grown to its current size. Rob and his team focus primarily on coastal properties and our Harpswell location provides a unique opportunity to service nearby communities. Rob’s business module is a team approach providing reliable and timely services to clients and customers alike. Technology has changed many things in the real estate industry, however, Rob believes that this is a business where successful professional relationships involve people working together in order to achieve a common goal.

Rob and his wife Lisa live on Bailey Island, with their cats, and enjoy entertaining friends, boating, snowmobiling and swimming, both on the ocean and lake.

Lisa's family has been in Harpswell for several generations. She spent much of her childhood on Orr's Island. She attended Mt. Ararat High School and graduated with a bachelor's degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University.

Professionally, Lisa has worked with Putnam Investments and State Street Bank in Boston as a Mutual Fund Accountant and has worked with the Defense Contract Audit Agency for the past decade.

Lisa decided to pursue her real estate license to work alongside her husband Rob. Lisa and Rob have lived on Bailey Island together for 30 years along with their cats. Lisa enjoys cooking, entertaining, and boating with friends.

Celeste is a Brunswick native, having attended St. John's Catholic school, Brunswick High School and earning her degree in business administration, with a major in accounting from the University of Southern Maine. After college, Celeste worked in public accounting and then as a manager of an employee credit union before starting her career with Rob Williams in 1985. Celeste is a detailed person, even though her desk evokes the "empty desk, empty mind" mantra! Celeste has a wealth of experience and would be happy to help with your real estate needs.

Celeste lives in Harpswell Neck and "enjoys" running (or, at this stage, jogging) for exercise, but having completed a marathon in her younger years. She also enjoys golf, sports in general, theatre, dining out and family get-togethers.

Amy has worked with Rob Williams Real Estate since 2014. She has a true passion for people, and making their journey through the buying and selling process both smooth and FUN! Amy loves to laugh, has a great sense of humor and always has a smile! Not only does Amy have great experience working with both buyers and sellers, she also manages all of the year round and seasonal rentals for Harpswell Property Management here at Rob Williams Real Estate. If you are looking for an investment property on the island or in the Midcoast area she has a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you make an informed decision. Amy grew up in Brunswick, and graduated from Saint Joseph’s College with a degree in Elementary Education. She specialized in Special Education during her teaching career.

Amy lives on Orr’s Island with her husband, daughter, and a variety of pets. She enjoys riding her horse, crafting just about anything, traveling, trying new restaurants, and sitting on the beach!

Fred Rowe has been a valuable member of the Rob Williams Real estate Team since 1999. Fred is hard working, assertive and extremely organized agent.

A true native, born and raised in Harpswell, Fred offers a wealth of knowledge about Harpswell and the surrounding area. He attended local schools and played 4 years of Varsity Hockey and Soccer for MTA.

Before his career as one of Harpswell's leading agents, Fred proudly served in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller in Belin Germany. Fred enjoyed extensive backpacking throughout Europe and decided to return to ME. In 1985. Fred is truly a skilled Agent and is one we all want on our team during negotiations.

Fred still proudly lives in Harpswell with his wife Mary Beth. Fred has two daughters and a cat named Coco. He enjoys traveling and is a sports car enthusiast. Fred was a full-time bartender from 1985-1999 and now does occasional events.

Beth grew up on Orr's Island and attended Mt. Ararat High School and then received her bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Southern Maine. She grew up on the islands and is very happy to tell anyone who will listen why they should move here. Beth is married with three children, four stepchildren, three cats, and a dog who is often found at work with her. She loves to read, hike, and spend time with family and friends.

Beth has been with Rob Williams Real Estate since 2008. She has worked with many buyers and sellers to help make their real estate transactions as smooth as possible. She is very relaxed but gets things done!
